Tour Description

Start at Battery Park and historic Castle Clinton, where your private tour guide will point out local landmarks and explain their importance. Board the Statue Cruises Ferry and enjoy the view of Upper New York Bay and the skyscrapers of the Financial District. Once on Liberty Island, your guide will explain the incredible history of her meaning to millions of Americans, both newly arriving and those who’ve been here for generations.

Next, a short ferry ride to the Ellis Island Immigration Museum, where your LUNY! guide will walk you through the exhibit’s highlights. Take the uncertain trip as an immigrant yourself, through the many steps of examination and interrogation before hearing the three magic words, “Free to Land!”
