Google Places & The Levys’ Unique New York! announce the #GoogleUniqueEats Tour Contest!
What’s better than going on an awesome foodie tour of NYC with The Levys’ Unique New York!? How about getting to attend an extra-special tour highlighting the unique eats of Manhattan for FREE, courtesy of Google Places?
The Levys’ Unique New York! is proud to be teaming up with Google Places, the new personalized local recommendation engine powered by the reviews of users and their friends. Google New York wants to give you the opportunity to win a seat at this custom foodie bus tour, just for sharing your opinions about your favorite places in New York City. We’ll board our party bus and explore various foodie stops throughout the Upper Manhattan neighborhoods of Harlem, East Harlem, Washington Heights and Hamilton Heights before heading all the way downtown to Chinatown! Expect to taste unique Manhattan eats like Venezuelan patacones, Salvadoran pupusas, Dominican empanadas, Russian kielbasa (with cheese, pickles and cabbage), fried chicken, bánh mì and sweet pork jerky!
Here’s how it works:
1. Go to Google.com/Places and select “Start Rating” (you’ll need to create a Google account if you haven’t already).
2. Fill out this form by 11:59 pm on Thursday, November 10: http://goo.gl/7ywJe.
3. Review as many New York City places (especially spots in Upper Manhattan and Chinatown!) as you like by 11:59 pm on Thursday, November 10. Each quality review you write will be judged as a new entry.
4. We’ll go through all the reviews you write during the contest period and give them points. The entrants with the highest number of points will win an invitation to the #GoogleUniqueEats Manhattan bus tour. Up to 25 entrants will qualify for an invitation.
5. The winners will be notified via email on Friday, November 11th. Remember to keep Saturday, November 12th open in case you win a seat on the tour (which will run from approximately 1pm to 5pm).
